We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item.

Eligibility:

Items must be unused, unworn, with original tags and packaging, and include proof of purchase.

How to start a return:

Email us at jen_chrishines@yahoo.com to request a return. Approved returns will receive a shipping label and instructions. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or incorrect items:

Please contact us immediately if your order is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Non-returnable items:

Sale items, gift cards, custom or personalized items, personal care products, perishable goods, and hazardous materials are not eligible for return.

Exchanges:

Return the item and place a new order once your return is approved.

EU customers:

Orders shipped to the EU may be returned within 14 days of delivery, in unused condition with original packaging.

Refunds:

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after inspection.
